Stop "should-ing" yourself!
Have you ever done that?
Of course you have!
Because it's what we do.
Us mortal humans.
From the time you "should have" got up this morning, to that you "should have" put the bins out before the bin men came, all the way to you "should' be over the thoughts, and emotions that come from not being able to have a baby.
It's not helpful, and it's not healthy!
'Should-ing" yourself is like picking at a scab - the more you do it, the longer it takes to heal.
And let's face it, if we're talking about the trivial things in life - you can't go back and make yourself get up earlier that day, or put the bins out before the bin men came, can you?
It also stops helpful and productive thought from getting through.
When you stop "should-ing" yourself, you allow space for productive, helpful, healthy thoughts to come through.
When you stop "should-ing" yourself, you allow the condemnation to pass, along with all of the emotional attachments too.
When you do, you allow the light to shine into all of those places where the weed of "should" had nestled, and you enable new flowers to grow.
