You are Your problem...
That's a bit harsh, isn't it?
I mean, what do I even mean, "you're your problem"?

When you focus on you, remove the Blame Game from all areas of your life and move childlike in to a space of curiosity, you can begin to take back control of your thoughts, your emotions, your responses... YOUR life!
This isn't about being selfish.
This isn't about turning all of the blame on to you either - quite the opposite.
This IS about striving to be the very best version of you.
And when you do that - your relationships will change, your work life and family life will change, heck - your whole life will change - if that's what you want!
