You are limited only by your own imagination

Do you remember what it was like when you were a child? The imagination you had. To fly to the moon in a cardboard box, gallop around the countryside on your trusty stead made of a broom handle, or operate major surgery on each and every one of your beloved teddy bears?

Where did that imagination go?

What happened to that light?

Life, social conformity, self determined expectations, and limiting beliefs happened.

Whether big or small, events in our lives can begin to stack up, one on top of the other, to create blockages, holes, darkness.

These get in the way of our minds eye, our imagination, our trust that anything can happen.

And we begin to think small.

Or not think at all.

Just going about each day, like the last.

Barely existing - far less living.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Those blockages, holes, darknesses… they can be lifted, filled in, brightened.

When you open up the space inside of you that has been hiding, and begin to let the light back in, all number of things can happen.

Not excluding a more excited and creative mind.

Whether your thoughts are creating negative or positive possibilities out of your future - they are all cerated in your mind.

None of it is reality, as of yet, so what have you got to loose to noticing when your mind is being unhelpfully creative vs being incredibly imaginative?

Awareness, as I mention often, is where change occurs.

An awareness that “This is not how I wanted me life to be”, or “Something has to change”, or even “I don’t know how to change my thoughts”

All of these are an awareness and the beginning of change itself.

When you reopen the space inside of you that once created people out of flowers and grasses, you open up the possibilities for all you wish for your life now, to happen.

It’s not magic, though it can often feel that way.

It’s love.

Pure and simple.

I’ll talk more about this in my next post.

For now though. If you are ready for change. Schedule a call.

Let’s see where you are at, how you would like it to be different, and create the exact steps to get you there.

And you deserve it… whether you believe that right now or need someone else to believe it for you first.

I look forward to speaking with you.
