FINDING DIRECTION

Here’s how we accomplish your goal of ensuring the business is stable and profitable during 2019. Removing the dirt and gaining clarity and certainty for the way ahead.

Your project has the following twelve week - eight step process

STEP 1

1.5hrs per session: Private one to one sessions with each of the business partners. To talk business and personal. To discover what’s really driving those at the top and build a strong and steady bases for the rest of the business to formulate around.

These sessions will be held monthly for the three month period of the project and can be added to, on a case by case basis, both during the project and after it’s completion, at a subsidised amount.

(Regular value £300 per session - Estimated Total £1,200)

STEP 2

1/2 day x 2: Contract Site Manager meeting with 5 CSMs present at each.

A mixture of open forum and individual skills development, specifically focused in the area of communication.

(Regular value £995 per meeting - Total £1990)

STEP 3

Continues throughout the project: Briefing, implementation and reviewing the role swapping of all staff across the business. From CEO to administrator, salesperson to supervisor.

Stepping in to another colleagues shoes to truly understand their working life.

Perception is projection - to perceive something differently is to understand something entirely - from here compassion thrives.

(Regular value £195 per hour - Estimated Total 5 hours £975)

STEP 4

Full day workshop (All staff): Eradicating blame culture by building the individuals’ understanding of cause and effect, both in the business and in their private lives.

Stepping out of playground mentality and the mindset that leads to fulfillment.

(Regular value £1,800)

STEP 5

1/2 day workshop x 4: Bringing well being to the workforce and building on the company’s family values by serving the staff at the highest level.

The workshops will cover strategies and techniques to enable the workforce to get the very best out of themselves personally and professionally.

The private sessions will further develop these skills for each individual.

(Regular value £995 per workshop - Total £3980)

STEP 6

1 x 1hr remote private session per staff member: Opening up a space for each member of staff to talk privately and create a game plan for anything they wish to improve within their lives.

These sessions will be arranged through my scheduling system and arranged at a time to suit the individual.

These sessions can be added to, by the business both during the project and after it’s completion, at a subsidised amount.

STEP 7

30 minute focus time: Weekly Q&A remote session to ensure the project is running to plan.

(Regular value £125 per session - Total £1,500)

STEP 8

2hr review: Discussing the project and the next steps.

(Regular value £495)
